App wait times accurate only if users report their wait time as they cross. The app makes it easy to report your wait by just shaking your phone

Im a daily commuter from Windsor, Ontario into Detroit, Michigan for work. Ive been looking for an app that provided accurate border wait times and was delighted to find Border2 utilized input from users with reports of actual wait times in place of the unreliable estimates from the border authorities. When I first downloaded and tried the app, I had difficulty getting the ports list to load. I sent a message to the developer via "Help > Send us feedback" and was blown away that the developer wrote me back within a half hour, gave me a suggestion to try and then made a configuration change on his end to address the issue after determining the root cause. Ive since loaded and set my favourite Ports and compared the wait times to other apps and noticed these are slightly different. Ill assume this is more accurate since data is sourced from actual user reports. One enhancement Ill be asking for is to provide the same capability bi-directionally across the border, at Canadian entry points rather than just US entry points.

Just says "loading" forever. I wish it worked. But it doesnt, now Im bitter cause I just sat at the border for four hours.

This is the 3rd time I trust this app and its now the 3rd time its been dead wrong. Today it said I would only wait around 25 mins, but Ive been waiting for an hour and a half now...and counting! If it was off by 10-15 mins then i wouldnt mind but this is clearly not the case. The other two times were pretty similar to this.

Times are not current. Wait times need to be updated at least hourly.

The ireport times are accurate. The other times the app provides are not always reliable.

App wait times get better if users report their wait times as they cross. Otherwise you get CBP wait times only.

Each update makes this app worse. Cant submit s time unless remember to shake phone at beginning of line. Want to set the time myself.
